This area had concept drawing done for about 3 buildings on the site which was called Nextgen Common. This building was 1 of 3 buildings on site which had a daycare and office spaces on the upper floor with the playground for the daycare on the outside.  On the main floor were bays suitable for services specializing in toddlers to teens such as a hair salon, dentist office, pediatrics office, and some food establishments for families such as a burger place and Ice cream.  This was a great concept to make a building for office space and retail with the daycare component.

This Cervus Equipment/John Deere dealership is located in Calgary and is one of six locations we have done throughout Western Canada. Each individual store provides its own challenges for functional design. We pride ourselves in working with the clients and municipalities to bring these projects to fruition.
