From the beginning of the project, through to the end, we are there for our clients. We understand the development permit and application process and can assist by working directly with the municipalities, certifying that interior and exterior designs are to code & proper permits are in place.
To accommodate and provide the client with the most functional use of their space, (such as furniture layout, emergency exit locations, and common access rooms), we discuss all space requirements and include in the architectural design. Ensuring that all aspects of the design are addressed, both interior & exterior, we also assist in confirming that all codes are adhered to.
