Do you deal with City issues?
Yes, we assist and do drawings for Rezoning, Change of Use, Development Permits and building Permits
Do you only work in Airdrie?
We work all Alberta, Saskatchewan, and BC
Do you have in-house Engineers?
We have trusted Engineers that we collaborate with and work well with on a job by job basis.
Do I have to use your Engineers?
No, you do not. We will collaborate with any engineers.
How are drawings organized?
We review and coordinate the Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical drawings for quality and consistency.
Do you take credit card payments?
No, we take e-transfers, EFT, Cash or Cheque.
How are payments arranged?
Payments are on a project by project cases and discussed at proposal stage.
What programs do we work in?
We are fluid in Auto cad, Sketch up and Revit.
When should we acquire your services?
At the beginning stages or at the start of your project.
